Positive: The pictures on booking are true: beautiful apartment with all the facilities you need; lovely large terrace overlooking the valley, small back garden, bathtub, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed, sofa and outdoor furniture. Great communication with owner and great location, convenient buses to Innsbruck and surrounding villages.

Positive: This is a perfect base for exploring the alps. The location, view, and welcome from the owner were amazing. The kitchen was well supplied. The view of the valley and mountais as well of Innsbruck were amazing whether morning evening or night. The location on the hill side was great for clean, fresh air. Our host left a wonderful basket out with some snacks and eve pasta we could make use of. He was very attentive and quick to respond.
Negative: I can only think of a few very minor weaknesses. One thing that would make things better would be air conditioning. I would say it wouldn't be needed in most cases as opening the windows in the evening lets a beautiful mountain breeze in, but if the neighbors are having friends over on the weekend and enjoying an evening in their garden it can be a little hard to sleep either with the conversation right out the window or the heat inside if the windows are closed. In most cases the supplied fans would be sufficient. The only other thing that someone may worry about but was no problem for us was that it is up a flight of stairs so persons with difficulty with stairs should not book this place. Otherwise it was like heaven.
Summary: Sunny mountain loft was like heaven.

Positive: Peter had thought about absolutely everything. The loft instantly felt like home as soon as we walked in. Warm, comfortable, stunning views, perfect size, fabulous cooking area and great communication from Peter. Location suited us perfectly for our road trip. Highly recommend to anyone.

Positive: A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful environment with a great view! It's got everything you could want or need. With the busses from the lower part of the village you're in Innsbruck in very short time so you can leave the car at the accommodation.
Negative: Not something the host can do anything about, but when the weather gets above 30C it's quite the climb from the bus stop in the village to the apartment, and then another one within the building itself going up the stairs to the top floor. But, the view from the terrace more than makes up for this!
Summary: Very good place to stay as a couple, with direct bus connection to Innsbruck and a wonderful view!
